Premiere Elements Titler offers a Text Animation feature. Details of this Text Animation feature can be found in the ATR Premiere Elements Troubleshooting blog that is titled "PE: Titler - Part 1 Text Animation", dated July 15, 2013, and found HERE. Although Premiere Elements 10 and 11 were used in that work, those Premiere Elements 11 details should be applicable to the Titler's Animation section in Premiere Elements later than version 11.
ISSUE
There exists online an Adobe document that is dated December 19, 2016 and titled "Unable to apply text animation presets to multi-line text|Premiere Elements". See HERE. It was decided to point the reader to my 2013 blog which includes the details for applying text animation to more than one line of text all within one title file. That blog also contains many more helpful details for getting introduced to the Premiere Elements Titler's Text section and Animation section. Also, it was thought of interest to offer a reminder on how to remove one of these animations once it has been applied to the text.
ADDITIONAL NOTES
1. Reminder: Removal Of One Of These Animations Once It Has Been Applied To A Line Of Text
It is very important to remember the specific animation preset that was applied. When it comes to removal of one of the applied animation presets, the keys to success are:
- Using the Selection Tool in the Text section of the Titler to select the line of text that contains the animation to be removed
- With the line of text selected in the Titler's Text section, going to the Animation section of the Titler to click on/select the animation preset that was applied to the line of text and then to click on/select Remove button at to the bottom of the Titler's Animation section.
There are 6 categories of animation presets in Titler's Animation section, and they are named Fades, Move In and Out, Pan and Zoom, Slide, Special Effect, Twist and Turn. There is a total of 38 animation presets to choose from. The animation presets content in each of the 6 categories are as follows:
