The e-Live workspace was introduced to Premiere Elements in version
13/13.1. For those users who have use of a Premiere Elements eLive workspace, the eLive workspace content has many common Learn, News, Inspire titles going from version to version. But, from what I see, eLive workspace whole content for 13/13.1, 14/14.1, 15, or 2018 is not necessarily a carbon copy of the other and is subject to Adobe change.
The above is provided only for informational/aid purposes for the Premiere Elements user whose version does cannot display the eLive workspace; and, in no way, is any of the above meant for promotional purposes for anyone or anything. No security issues were encountered opening the web page for the eLive workspace choice; nonetheless, as a general rule, proceed with caution when opening to a new web site.
